For pick-ups at your hotel, car rental station or Airbnb, we can collect you but need the full address of where you are.
For pick-ups at any ferry port we will greet you with a sign on the end of the dock.
Do you have shared shuttles?
We have only private transfers. This means you do not have to wait for others and you can decide on your pick up time and location.
Do you have fixed shedules?
No - you can choose your pick-up time and location.
Our transfers are available for any time you need a van. Please book minimum 24 hours in advance.
For any service between 12am and 5am we charge an additional night fee of 500 Pesos.
Are there any extra costs?
Ferry tickets are not included in our costs.
If you decide to take the fast road, depend on your destination there is an extra fee of around 170 MX$ to cover the toll charge.
This fee has to be paid cash at the toll station. Please ask the driver in advance if there is a toll road available.
Infant seats are available for children up to 3 at no extra cost.
Pets travel for free.
When do I pay?
When you make your booking we charge a deposit via PayPal.
The balance/ remainder has to be paid in cash to the driver on the day of your transfer.
Do I have to pay a deposit?
Yes, to confirm your booking we will send you an invoice.

All passenger names in full
Flight number, airline and arrival time for transfers from Cancún
How many people are travelling
Your mobile number (don't forget to add your country code.)

Do I need to confirm my transfer?
Yes! Please contact us 1 day before departure to confirm the transfer.
How do I get a last minute ticket for a flight?
Check our Facebook page where we post details. If we have any special offers, they're usually posted the evening before, or sometimes on the same day as the flights.
These tickets are for the returning leg of a trip that's been booked for another customer - i.e. someone's booked a flight from Cancún to Holbox, so there's an empty plane flying back from Holbox. This means that if the customer cancels or changes their flights, your cheap last minute ticket is going to be affected too.
However, these tickets are very popular! They work well for people without a connecting flight or people working on a very flexible schedule.
What is your refund policy?
Please note that unfortunately, due to the high level of cancellations caused by the corona virus, we have had to update our cancellation policy. Thank you for your understanding.
If WE have to cancel your transfer because of technical issues, we'll refund 100%.
If YOU cancel your transfer 0-13 days before your transfer we don't offer any refund.
What payment methode you accept?
For your deposit we accept only Paypal or cash in Holbox office.
For the balance/reminder the driver takes only cash ( USD or MX$)
We do not take credit cards.
How long does the ferry take between Chiquila and Holbox?
A ferry leaves every 30min and takes around 25 minutes to cross the lagoon.
